Reschedule change button

Hi team,

We need  to create UI action called the Reschedule button in the change request. Like below:

Once the user clicks the yes button, needs to send the approvals to the change managers group. The change manager approved and needs to update the dates automatically in existing planned start/end dates.

Please provide the solution.

You may decide that the original change should be withdrawn then everyone is notified, then have a new change cloned and rescheduled...   If you want to keep the same change you need to ensure proper alerting to all parties, as well as the expectation they will be approving again with the new date in mind.... and you would have to clear all approvals that already where registered. That is why you might want to go the route of withdrawing original change and making a new one based of a clone of everything except the date, then you dont have to create this mechanism and deal with all its side effects
