Hi!
In the Zurich release notes for Data management for CSM the following is stated:
"Improve traceability with serial numbers on Install Base items and direct links to model categories for industry-specific configurations."
Does anyone know if you need to install a plugin or similar to get the serial number on the install base item form? Or is the idea to have a reference to Configuration Item.Serial Number?
