I would like to integrate SCCM software approval with Service Now.
The basic idea would be that a user would go into software center and request a piece of software. This would generate a software request ticket within servicenow which, upon being marked as approved, would generate an email notifying the user to go back into software center to click install.
This is covered within the following link using only Microsoft tools however, I believe that he customer would like records within their ticketing system which requires ServiceNow integration.
