Service Portal - Case View

Hey All,

 

When I set the description to always on the standard ticket configuration for cases, it still doesn't show up on the portal.  Has anyone else run into this?  I believe that it should show the first line and then have a show more/less button to show the rest of the field.

Hey,

Make sure description field is not empty on case record. If description field is empty, show more or less button won't appear

Perhaps slightly helpful, if I'm an admin and go to the CSM portal then underneath the case short description there is a Show more link which if clicked reveals the description of the case. If I'm a customer contact I don't see this link unfortunately (I'm trying to figure out how the custom contact can see this as well).

Hello, came across this thread while investigating the same issue. Can users with snc_external still not access the case description from "show more"?
