Service portal designer completely blank

Trying to make changes to my Service Portal but the designer page is just completely blank. I'm on Tokyo, attached is a screenshot.

This is probably a cache issue, the workaround would be open the page from "sp_page" table and from the related list select "open in page designer" or page editor.
