How to modify/configure related list Draft email on CSM Workspace ?

Hi Experts,

Can someone please tell me how to modify Draft Email related list on CSM Workspace or where we can find Draft Email page.

Hi Arun,

Email drafts are stored in "sys_email_draft" table. You can access them in the classic UI under Email Client > Email Drafts. Or you can add List into your workspace to enable users access their drafts.

At HR Agent Workspac, I have the same question as Alan.

How can I set up the "Or you can add List into your workspace to enable users access their drafts." you are talking about? I would appreciate it if you could tell me.
