Morning, on the Service Portal (playbook form) the date field displays as yyyy-MM-dd even though in the Core UI, dates show correctly as dd-MM-yyyy. The system property date format is set up as dd-MM-yyyy. What is the supported way to make the portal/playbook form display dd-MM-yyyy date format?

what's the date format for that user you are checking?
how it's behaving with other users with other formats?
If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar,
The system property date format is set to dd-MM-yyyy. The user has no preferences configured, so it follows the system property settings. I also checked the date format on the catalog item view in the portal, and it's dd-MM-yyyy, but the playbook shows yyyy-MM-dd in the portal.
The date format behaves consistently for all users I tested, including admins.
Additionally, I checked the playbook in the core UI, and the date is displayed according to the system settings (dd-MM-yyyy).
