Hello, I have read the video regarding the integration of ServiceNow (CSM) with Amazon Connect, and during the setup, the instructor has downloaded several templates to use on Amazon Connect (Lambda package, Cloudformation template, Contact Flow template, Lex Bot template). Is it possible to share these templates with me ? or what is the procedure to retrieve them ?

The templates will be available for download after you create the instance in ServNow and deploy the Setup Guide
