ServiceNow Portal for Internal Users and External users from CSM

we need 2 portals one for internal and 2nd for external users, i know CSM can help to achieve this, 

 

any process / documentation would help? please advise.

Thanks @Sandeep Rajput , so just need more information - as internal users will be able to login through AD/SSO as they have credentials, so how external users will be logging to consumer service portal. Do you see any options to create 2 service portals from ITSM Pro a separate portal for internal & external users. ? 

 

Please advise if CSM is the only option to go with.
