Hi everyone, 

  

We're looking for Customer Service Management (CSM) purchasing decision makers and/or technical decision makers to complete our Product Research Survey. The insights from this survey are critical in shaping the development of our products, ensuring they better align with the needs of businesses.  


Our survey objectives are to better understand what product and/or enablement changes ServiceNow needs to make in order to drive adoption of CSM Workspace, Task Intelligence, Messaging channels (e.g. SMS, WhatsApp, LINE, etc.) and Customer Portal.
 


The survey will take 15-20 minutes to complete and will be open until
EOD November 22.  Responses will remain confidential. Additionally, those who complete the entire survey may be eligible for an incentive.
