Smart Assessment Engine (Yokohama) - Data Repository

Hello,

I am very new to ServiceNow so am still learning the basics of the configuration and setups.  We have enabled Smart Assessments (SAE) in Yokohama but since the "results" of the Questionnaires doesn't update to the Work Order Task, Work Order or Case notes how can we access the data that it records?
