Another noob question from me, i'm afraid!
So, at my place of work, the CR risk rating is determined by a risk assessment survey essentially. In my PDI I appear to have the same link, it says "Calculate Risk" near the bottom of the CR form under Related Links.
But, in my PDI (Yokohama), when I click this it somehow immediately assigns a risk rating without any further questions or info being provided, in my test change it assigned High for Risk because of the short lead time (which, as a Change Manager, I can agree with!)
Is there any documentation or something I can read to learn and understand how the default risk rating is determined, please? Thanks!
Adam

Hi,
Calculate risk and Risk Assessment are two different way to calculate risk. Calculate Risk works based on conditions, and Risk Assessment works based on Survey questions. You can follow the below URLs for details

Thanks Palani!
One more question, please, would you be able to link me to documentation for how to activate the manual assessment (described in your second link)?
I will mark this as the solution shortly. 👍
