SNPI - LDAP Server Setup Error

I am taking the ‘ServiceNow Platform Implementation On Demand’ training.
I am getting an error in setting up the LDAP server and cannot proceed.
Please let me know how to resolve this issue.

I am getting this error.

@nileshbhaga , Based on the image it shows the setup looks good and status shows active.  Confirm no duplicate records on you LDAP setup, then Try inactivating this record and recreate same to verify all settings are correct and password.

I am also doing this course right now and have run into the exact same problem.

support says the server is unavailable and if you raise a case they will mark that section of the training as complete for you. Entirely unacceptable in my opinion.
