Hi,
I am creating a case by exposing a catalog item to the CSM Portal.
However when a case is created, assignment group and assigned to values are automatically populated.
I have not set those values anywhere.
Does anyone know how or where to check where the values are set?

There was an Assignment Rule set for Cases created from Requests.
