Synch form and email composer

In the CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace, is there a way to keep the email template values in synch with the unsaved form? Are there any work arounds to prevent agents from sending an email with stale values in the template when there are fields that have been changed on the form but not saved?

Even after saving the form, the page must be refreshed for the email template to show the changes.

Hi @ColeM ,
If any changes require in Email template , 1st select template and click apply template.
Post that you can edit template content, save the template  then use for Compose Email.

After that refresh page and clear cache if new changes not reflect.

Create and edit form templates for use in CSM Configurable Workspace and then use the templates to automatically populate fields on records.
