Timezone getting changed automatically after clicking on Complete import.

Hi All,
We are having customer requirement where we have to update the calendar. For this we are importing the excel into Service Now. The issue we are facing right now is mentioned below:-
1) Whenever we are importing the excel and selecting to preview the record, it is showing the correct start and end date time.
2)But after clicking on the 'Complete import', it is showing the different start and end date time.
Anyone knows hoe to fixed this?

Hi @Aakanksha Kotti ,
Check any data sources that are feeding your User (sys_user) table like AD, note if they are importing or setting the timezone I think the user timezone would have been changed because the AD data has been sync with ServiceNow.
Sometimes the timezone would have been changed if the User location has been changed .
Example : US ( EST ) then user location change to India(IST) .
