Unable to load connection with alias ID: ******************************** Open Connection Alias

Hi Friends, I am trying to do Zoom and Servicenow Integration. and as per servicenow docs # https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/paris-it-asset-management/page/product/software-asset-management2/task/create-integration-profile-zoom.html

I have already installed Zoom Spoke, Notify and Zoom Connector Plugins. When i am trying to use any action in Zoom Spoke,  I'm getting error message # Unable to load connection with alias ID: ******************************** Open Connection Alias.

Please help me, how can i debug and what steps whould i perform to fix this issue. I already tried to run Flow from system user and user who iniciated user.

Hi

I experienced the same issue and got mine working in dev.

I have installed the same plugin on a test instance and saw that the sys_id was the same in the sys_alias table. I deleted the error one in dev and xml the original one back in from test and changed the values to what it should be.

Hey everyone I was having this same issue with the Azure DevOps Boards spoke and I asked around and asked around. It doesn't want the Connection Alias ID it wants the Connention Alias SYS ID. That's how I got it working. Hope this helps anyone in the future!
