Unable to log into personal development instance

I am unable to log into my PDI. 
last time i set up 2 factor authentication using the google authenticator app. but its not getting any OTP while i tried to log in today.
There was another way to verify through email as well but even on my mail i did not recieve any OTP.

How to Access my PDI.

Please attach your PDI instance name over MFA & try to login OTP .

I had the same problem but with Microsoft Authenticator. I chose to try with a passkey. It was very simple to set up and it worked the first time.
