Unable to start "ServiceNow Platform Implementation" course

Hello Team.

I want to start course "Customer Service Management (CSM) Essentials (Zurich)".

A mandatory prerequisite for this course is "ServiceNow Platform Implementation".
When I try to open the page to start the course, a window pops up with this error message:

"The content on this page could not be loaded. Please make sure you have the proper permissions, or try again later".

Requesting help and guidance so I can start the course.

After click on 'start' button-> Make sure you are accepting term and condition then you are clicking on the 'Agree and email' button.
