Currently, I am researching User Experience Analytics. I tried to check how many users have accessed the SOW (Service Operation Workspace). The report shows that no users have accessed it today, but I accessed the SOW a few minutes ago and am still in the session. Therefore, the result is confusing to me. Could someone please explain this?

Hi @tuitendung,
(Update - Based on the assumption that the UX Analytics has been set up, and the user(s) have consented)
The analytics are termed as "near to real-time", however Dashboard data is based on a users session and importantly AFTER 30 mins of inactivity of that session. Only then will the Dashboard data be updated with the exception of the counters at the top - which are part of the basic/no consent option are are automatic and real time.
Can you confirm after 30 mins of inactivity for that session for that user that you see the event and dashboard update.
To help others (or for me to help you more directly), please mark this response correct by clicking on Accept as Solution and/or Kudos.

Thanks, Robbie
