actsub_user role seems like a custom role. It is not part of CSM per OOTB.

Can you provide more details on this?

Hi Krishna,

It is a Activity Subscriptions User role. It is used for subscribing any activity which is going on.

Go to Activity Subscription Module and you will find it everything there.
