Hi All,

looking for ideas we would like to send Maas emails like 20k+ emails to customers   at a time from ServiceNow when the particular communication approved. Could anyone has already implemented any solutions request to guide us.

there is nothing available OOTB for this to send mass emails

you will have to come up with your custom solution and send email

Do we have any built-in application to integrate with ServiceNow and then send bulk emails at a time.
