CSP: Consumer Service Portal: Unable to register a product from default

Hi All,

I am trying to register y product via default CSP page available as part of the plugin, but i couldn't enter or select and Product detail in this field.

Hi @regurusanka,

have you checked if any records exist in there? if so, the user who wants to search them does it have the access to read in the product table?

is it for all users or just some? ideally try an admin and end user, is theer any difference?

Yes, records are available in the product table (cmdb.model). Also I have added the consumer user to the sn_external and to consumer role.

Its not dirrectly show product . type keywords in serchbox then only you see releted products if exist .
