WeChat integration

Hello, recently a customer that has a location in China asked if we could integrate with WeChat and how?

I was searching for information about this, and found this in a community a post from 2022: https://www.servicenow.com/community/csm-forum/wechat-amp-servicenow-csm-integration/m-p/2387422

in which it is stated that the integration should be done through API, can someone please let me know if this is the way to do it ("best practice")?

Hello, thank you but this is not what I asked for, this is an SAP document. Also this document mentions that this is obsolete.
