WeChat & ServiceNow CSM integration

I would like to check if WeChat and ServiceNow can be integrated so that customers can use WeChat to raise CSM Cases? 

Also, is it possible to have a group chat in WeChat later converted to a Case in CSM. 

Any reference materials or findings can help us. 

We are in the assessment stage to identify possible options to integrate the two applications.

I have the same question. I see partners offering this service: Integrate ServiceNow with WeChat, ServiceNow WeChat integration with AI (appypie.com)

But a search on servicenow.com pretty much ended in no or few results: Search Result - ServiceNow

Can someone from SN please answer?

Have you checked the conversational custom chat integrations?

It seems, that this could be a solution to connect WeChat with ServiceNow.

Thanks Timm! However I do not see Wechat specifically mentioned.

You are right. But in the documentation it is mentioned that "If you're using a chat client that is not in the list, you can create a custom integration using conversational custom chat integration framework.".

So if you have a official WeChat service account, you can use the WeChat API. With this you should be able to integrate it in ServiceNow (this is the way we plan to integrate it).
