Hi, in simple terms a Customer is a client IE someone you are providing services and products too.
A partner is normally a preferred individual or company that you work with in order to provide services and products to the customer.
IE ServiceNow has many 'partners' that work to implement\develop customer solutions\service-now platform implementations.
Servicenow supplies the platform to the customer
The Partner provides consultancy\development\configuration services (of the platform) to the customer.

2. what was the relation between "Unified" and "YYYYYY","XXXXXXX" accounts.
