Just looking to know, what is SLA due Date and how this works. Need to know the concept of SLA Due Date on Case and how this is getting populated?

Please explain.

Hi there,

SLA due is a legacy/deprecated field inherited from the Task table that is no longer used. Please refer to this KB article.
