What is the use of Responsilibity access configuration/definition? - CSM

1 ) What is the use of Responsilibity access configuration and responsibility definition in CSM ?

2) Can we provide read/write/create access to users for some entities (for example Case) via Responsilibity access configuration?

3) Once the user is given access via Responsilibity access configuration, will it still be required to assign them roles? if yes then what is the use of Responsilibity access configuration?

4) What is "Applies to relationship" in Responsilibity access configuration? is there any simple example ? as per the docs it refers to "Relationship table to establish connections between a user, an accessible entity, and the respective responsibilities.". But still its not clear. Can anyone explain this in simple words?

5) If I create the configuration like below screenshot, will the user be able to access cases without having additional roles than sn_esm_partner_admin?

6) What is the best practice to use Responsilibity access configuration and responsibility definition in CSM? is there any short demo/example available?

If anyone can help with any of the above points it will be helpful!

Thanks in advance!
