when i am trying to open guided setup In Customer Service it is showing error

Go through this link, I think there must be an ACL is applied on Guided setup.

go to navigator open guided setup then open itsm guided setup,review the list of prerequisites.
after that get started,From the category view page, you can then navigate to different pages to review each activity category and complete the tasks within them.
if it is task is lock then to unlock Activate the required plugins to unlock the configuration task
- To unlock a plugin-dependent task:
- Click the View plugins link.
- In the Required plugins window, select one of the required plugins.
If only one plugin is required, it gets selected by default.
- Under Related Links, click Activate/Upgrade.
- Proceed with the onscreen instructions to activate the plugin and reload the form.
The configuration task is unlocked. - To unlock an activity-dependent task:
- Complete the prerequisite configuration activity.
- If the prerequisite configuration activity itself depends on other configuration activities, loop through the prerequisite activities to complete them.
The configuration task is unlock.

You can check the ACL that secures the all guided setup content - "gsw_content" see if the admin overrides is check off and if there is a role that is preventing you from passing the ACL. In the image below they have the admin overrides checked off and a role that is stopping anyone without "snc_internal" role from accessing the guided set up, including admins.
