when i am trying to open guided setup In Customer Service it is showing error

Hi Miguel,
Kinda similar to that case but our customer's instance guided setup is not opening. It stayed in loading
I already updated the ACL but didnt work for me

This happened in my developer instance and its not just limited to CSM Guided setup. The ITOM and ITSM guided setups on a new instance also had the same error.
After updating the access control as proposed by Miguel, did a re-login and I was able to see the guided setup. Please mark the issue as resolved.
