when i am trying to open guided setup In Customer Service it is showing error

This exact same issue happened to me with my most recent PDI - the fix proposed here (update the ACL, log-out and then log back in again worked as described - thanks for posting)

Hello @sriram35 , i made sure i have the snc_internal role , but still can't access the guided setup, so i thought the script is returning false until i switched the browser (switched to chrome ) and worked without me touching anything on the instance
