Why i am not able to edit most of the fields in Complaint case?

Hi,

As sys admin i opened existing complaint case in learning lab(CSM FSO)  instance but most of the fields are non editable.

Any idea what is the reason ? any additional role needed for sys admin ?

Hi @kkcommunity 

Please check the following things

1) Check the dictionary entry for the particular field if it is set as read only.

2) Check for ACLs, UI policy or client script that can possibly prevent you to edit the fields.
