What is the difference between customer portal and customer service portal in CSM?

Hi Sanjay,

With CSM we have two portals

1. CSM (Customer support portal) : This portal is for B2B customers - Accounts and Contacts

2. CSP (Customer Service Portal) : This portal is for B2C customers - Consumers

Can you give a bit more information?

With CSM you have a Customer Support Portal (/csm B2B) and then a Consumer Service Portal (/csp B2C).
