When I write this we all are sitting waiting for the public release of London. We have been playing around with it in the Personal developer instance for a couple of weeks now and there are quite a few nice features for us. For this case, I'm taking a closer look at the Virtual agent and will do this in a 2 part session.
This first part I will go through a couple of things:
- How to activate it on your personal developer instance
- How to activate the pre-pack of conversations (topics) that comes with the ITSM & CSM applications.
- How to set it up in the Service Portal
- And a walkthrough how the one of the OOB flow works and show it in the real "chat" window.
For the second part I'm going to create a flow from scratch to give you an idea of what you can do and how it works. Just to put in some pointers in your brain to get the creativity working.
