Greetings!
We are looking for people who started using ServiceNow in 2020 or 2021 to join remote feedback sessions. We want to gather customer feedback about various approaches to content organization on the ServiceNow product documentation site. We hope to identify the most efficient and intuitive ways for customers to find content about the ServiceNow platform.
Commitment
- One 45-min interview via Zoom, sometime between now and October 6, 2021. Sessions will be conducted in English.
- No preparation necessary. Just come!
