Call User from ServiceNow with Twilio

Hello my dear colleagues,

Here it's another tutorial for how to call any user to his mobile phone directly from Service Now using Twilio API.

Also this can be used the same way to allow any user to directly call service desk from self service portal using browser to browser or browser to phone call.

This is a POC and if implemented on live instance it will need further development on security level.

Sorry if the video is a bit longer than what it should be , but i put in mind that not all viewers have the same level of experience and knowledge.
