Hi All, 

i was just try to change the font on the incident form,some how i was able to achieve this .

 

Please follow the below steps:

 

1.As this is going to be DOM operation we need to disable below system property

glide.script.block.client.globals

refer SS :

find_real_file.png

 

2.Now add Isolate Script check box on the Client Script:

find_real_file.png

 

3. Now on OnLoad client script add below line:

document.getElementById("element.incident.caller_id").style.fontFamily ="Impact,Charcoal,sans-serif";

 

Note: elemet.incident.caller_id  is an element id for Caller field.

 

This will be the result for the above configuration:

Great work Ajay, thank you for sharing! Keep up the good work!! I just want to put out the risk too as DOM manipulation is not takecared by ServiceNow during upgrading the instance since it is customization! Let me know your thoughts, Ajay?

What we need to add if it for Variable

 

I added elemet.variable_name but its not workign
