This was really helpful, however, am I able to create a duration calculation between states of an Incident? What I want to calculate is the duration of time from State of New to State of In Progress for Incident and then for SCTASK state of New to State of In Progress. I'm completely stumped. I get the idea I just don't know how to identify the states. Are you able to identify incident_state_new, incident_state_in progress. I keep getting a syntax error. any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Di
