Recently I have assign to quite different and logical requirement.
Requirement is --
It's a very common scenario that in cases of an outage or some P1 critical incident, many people need to get in a call together seeking resolution of issue. For the same, you need to -
Build a UI Action, using which support users can copy the details from incident form to be included in a meeting invite and paste the copied details (with formatting intact) directly in an Outlook meeting invite. This copied content will be pasted in body of outlook invite. Please refer attached template for the format of meeting invite. Text in {} refers to dynamic field data from incident form
Also, support users should be given a provision to copy all the users in Assignment group, Assigned to and Caller field. These copied users will be pasted in "To" section of Outlook invite.
