I have recently had an issue where email from outside sources to our ServiceNow environment was blocked due to some access restrictions.
We supposed to send timely notifications to groups of people. So we blind copied the users individually using mail script.
The surprising fact is that when the group was enabled again we didn't revert the change as the same user part of the group and blindly copied was receiving just one mail instead of two.
Many may already know this fact. But I am adding this for the people who might have the doubt in the future 🙂
