Formatting Issues in ESS

Hi all, I was wondering if you could help me out with this formatting issue within our ESS portal. I want to the actual service catalog to fit in the actual browser window. I would like to remove the inconvenience of having two scroll bars as shown. This same problem happens in both Chrome and IE. Thanks a lot for your help in advance.
