Gamification is a great way to add incentives for users to explore and use the service portal repeatedly. In our Knowledge18 session, we demonstrated how to implement gamification in the Service Portal to introduce users to the portal and encourage them to complete certain tasks.
We've now released the application for free of charge, available as a scoped application available for download on ServicePortal.io.
The application also includes two example implementations for:
- Guided Tour
- Social Q&A

Dear @nathanfirth
I hope you are well!
When I was looking for content on Gamification and came across this post.
Does your Application use Performance Analytics? (That would be a benefit for me).
My thought is to generalize the approach of the Change Success Score (Gamification) - ServiceNow Community so that it could be used anywhere (especially Knowledge Management or Incident Management would be good candidates in my opinion).
Does that make sense?
Thanks for thoughts on this!
Cheers
Daniel

Thanks for reaching out. No, currently the gamification feature we developed is not using anything from PA, but it's an interesting idea! With Employee Center Pro, there are now some OOB community features, so we've stopped developing our version.
