How to delete records you created in Service Portal?

I was playing around with search groups and acceptance criteria in service portal and found that it was difficult to delete some of the work I had done. For all of you that are new to the platform, you can open the record to be deleted in portal and click on the hamburger menu icon in the upper left. Select "Open in platform" and delete.
