How to reference CSS or JavaScript libraries in UI Builder?

Hi All,

I asked this question in LinkedIn community and the response was it is not possible to reference any CSS or JavaScript frameworks in UI Builder experiences. There are so many free/open source CSS and JavaScript libraries that can be used within ServiceNow. Ability to reference these libraries locally or via a URL will open many oppertunities! I know that you can create a new custom component and reference libraries but will be great if we could do this in an experience level. Similar to abilities to Dependencies in good Old Service Portal.

If you know how to achieve this please let me know. Othwerwise, I have created an idea in Idea Portal and appreciate if you can up-vote it.
