In today's tutorial, we will be looking for ServiceNow System Property and understanding some use cases for the same.
Let's first try to understand ServiceNow System Property and how we can create the same.
System Property: System property is the provision provided by ServiceNow to store the hardcoded values which can be used in scripts.
- ACCESS SYSTEM PROPERTIES:
- You can access system properties via the Left Navigator Bar. There is also a trick to getting to them quickly.
- In the Navigation filter, enter sys_properties.list.
- The entire list of properties in the System Properties [sys_properties] table appears.
