🤔Are you sick and weary of altering one record at a time? 🙌 There's an improved method! You no longer need to go through each record one by one in order to update numerous records at once using Multi-Row Edit. When managing several updates throughout your instance, this can save you a ton of time. 💼

How to Use Multiple Row Editing:
1️⃣ Choose the records from any list view that you wish to change.
2️⃣ Right-click on any of the column name (like number, state).
3️⃣ From the context menu, select Update Selected.
4️⃣ Complete the form with fields that need to be updated for each of the chosen records.
5️⃣ Click Update to see the wonders unfold! 🎉

📂 You can make adjustments to dozens or even hundreds of records at once using this functionality. It's ideal for bulk modifications such as altering the assignment group, amending the status, or using a shared remark for several tickets. 🔥

➡️ Pro Tip: Exercise caution while performing bulk updates and ensure that the correct records are being updated. ⚠️ Before clicking the Update button, make sure your selections are correct!

You'll spend more time on high-impact work and less time on monotonous activities when you use Multi-Row Edit!

This is not working for me.  I do not see "Update Selected" in my context menu.
