my dev instance dev63646 cannot be awaked anymore. But the 10 days of hibernating are not there yet.

Could you check why I cannot wake the instance?

Hi there,

The Instance Help community is no longer monitored by ServiceNow employees. The only way to get help on your Personal Developer Instance is logging in to the Developer Site, and using the "Give Feedback" button (in the footer op the page).

Using the "Give Feedback" button is the only way for getting Instance Help. Doing so, will create a task for ServiceNow employees.

Seeing all recent responses, it could take a few days though before receiving help.

If my answer helped you in any way, please then mark it as helpful.

Kind regards,
Mark

This is a real pain when preparing for exams at the moment.. No Feedback to give or response from ServiceNow.

I am having trouble with several pdi requests I did over the last month.

Long waiting queues, and instances that won't come up agian after first use (both San Diego and Tokyo instances are not restarting after first use).

Hi @VangaV

Better you can release the instance and take a new one if you already waited a long.
