Hi Team,

This was slightly painful for me to figure out so I thought i'd put together an article to clarify how to enable the redirection to work once you submit a request via the Portal.

I logged a ticket as it wasn't clear why this redirect wasn't working in the Portal (but was in the UI) and I wasn't convinced we needed to change the backend code to make this work.  We are on Jakarta Patch7.  I figured the option below should work for both UI and Portal, but it only works for UI OOTB:

Although it wasn't clear (to me at least) where I need to make this modification.  I couldn't find it anywhere via the backend navigation at all, or directly in the pages or widgets.  Essentially if you navigate ion the /sp portal to a Catalog Item (anyone).  You then press CTRL, right-click your mouse and select 'page in designed'.  This opens the page up in the designer app, then select the sc_catalog_item widget properties by pressing the 'pencil' and you'll see the option 'Auto Redirect on Successful Order' - see screenshot below.  Now it will redirect based on your selection of the redirect on the base Record Producer form.

I hope this helps someone as it took me a wee while to find the right place!
