Hi ServiceNow Community mates

 

A frequent challenge is to obtain the value of a variable associated with a catalog item or record producer or the value of the answers associated with an incident.

A quick way to get this result is using database views.

I created these 2 database views (attached an update set to import)

  • u_ritm_variables
  • u_incident_question_answer

Once the database views are created, you can use them as a "table" in a report, via API or in the form "table.list" in the application navigator to get the records.
