In this video, we will be looking at a fantastic entity or we can call it as ServiceNow feature i.e. ServiceNow Activity Filter
According to ServiceNow,
- ServiceNow Activity filter is used to display the history of actions or activities performed on the opened record
- You can configure the fields on which you want to have the Audit
- Activity filter is available OOB on the task table
- As a part of the inheritance principle it is available on all task extended table
In today's tutorial, we will see how we can add the activity filter to the custom tables

can we create role based activity filter?
like say suppose email correspondence on incident table should be visible only to some role , can we do this ?
